Miesiąc październik jest od lat miesiącem dbania o zdrowie. Coroczna akcja „Czystych rąk” zmieniła w tym roku nazwę na #lekcja higieny, jednak jej priorytety nie uległy zmianie. Pamiętajmy o dbaniu o siebie i innych! Akcja #lekcja higieny przybliża w szczególności technikę poprawnego mycia rąk oraz wiedzy na temat niebezpieczeństw, jakie niesie nie przestrzeganie tej złotej dla naszych pandemicznych czasów zasady. Dlatego myjmy ręce!

October has been a month of taking care of your health for years. The annual „Clean Hands” campaign changed its name to #hygiene lesson this year, but its priorities have not changed. Let’s remember about taking care of ourselves and others! The action #hygiene lesson introduces in particular the technique of proper hand washing and knowledge about the dangers of not following this golden rule for our pandemic times.
